Many people are surprised to find out that what they think has an impact on how well their body can heal, recover from illness, repair and regenerate. We therefore have to be careful what we feed our thoughts so that we can get the results we want. Make sure you spend at least 30 minutes a day listening to people who help keep you on the track of healing and forward movement. This podcast is a great place to start for today.
